67 year old Charles Braun has pleaded guilty to attempted rape in Wyoming County Court.
Police say the former Town of Perry resident abducted his female victim at gunpoint from her residence in the Town of York in Livingston County, took her to his apartment in the Village of Perry , held her there against her will and then sexually assaulted her.
Braun is already serving a 15 year sentence for kidnapping and related crimes in Livingston County. He'll be sentanced in Wyoming County in December and is expected to receive another 15 year term concurrently.
