When Chet Fery was trying to perfect his pizza recipe, his family ended up eating homemade pizza for three weeks.
"My kids threatened to move out," according to Fery.
He switched to making bread and turned it into a fun hobby.
Now Frey travels around sharing bread making tips, a simple message of kindness and what he calls "bread time stories." He says that making bread "puts a smile on your face."
In the last 15 years he has given away 60,000 loaves.
At a recent visit to Wales Community Center to talk to the local seniors group, it was plain to see that sharing stories goes both ways as spectators freely shared their bread making tales.
