Buffalo Sabres forward Kyle Okposo likely won't play another game this season. On Wednesday Sabres head coach Dan Bylsma told reporters he was "very concerned" about Okposo, who has been dealing with a mysterious illness for more than a week.

According to Bylsma, Okposo has met with team doctors, but they haven't figured out the exact illness just yet. Earlier in the week, Bylsma was specifically asked if Okposo had the mumps, which he said was not the case.

The illness has sidelined Okposo since the Sabres March 28 game against the Columbus Blue Jackets [Reinhart benching game]. Okposo had only been in the lineup for two games after he missed the previous ten with a rib injury.

In 65 games this season Okposo has 45 points [19G, 26A].
