Grand Island native Cassie Oursler scored 18 points and hauled in eight rebounds to power the UB Women's basketball team to a 76-55 win over Sacred Heart on Saturday.
The win is the Bulls' fifth straight, and marks the first time in the program has started 5-0 in two straight years.
Joanna Smith added 11 points, while Stephanie Reid chipped in with 10 in the win.
On the glass is where the Bulls did the most work grabbing 57 rebounds, the third most in school history. 21 offensive boards led to 22 second chance points for Buffalo.
The Bulls next hit the court Thursday night against Central Florida. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. at Alumni Arena.
