Uber is partnering with Pegula Sports and Entertainment to create Uber pick-up and drop-off zones to make travel to and from events a lot easier for fans.
Beginning this summer, Western New Yorkers will be able to utilize ridesharing and Uber has become the official ridesharing partner of the Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bandits.
Uber is working with the Bills and the Sabres to be a part of the My One Buffalo app, which already provides fans with ticket management services and other features.
The partnership will kickoff with the 2017 Buffalo Bills Draft week. On Wednesday, riders will have a chance to win four tickets to Thursday night's official Buffalo Bills draft party from Uber. The tickets will be personally delivered by Bills hall of fame running back Thurman Thomas in an Uber vehicle. The winner will also get a merchandise package with Buffalo Bills gear and Uber swag.
Here's how you can enter to win the tickets:
- Open the Uber app Wednesday, April 26 between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
- Tap the pop-up at the bottom and request BILLS.
- If you are connected with a vehicle, Bills running back Thurman Thomas will brign you your Buffalo Bills merchandise package and foru tickets to the 2017 Buffalo Bills Draft Party on Thursday, April 27 at New Era Field at 7 p.m.
