A Town of Tonawanda woman is under arrest, accused of stealing $84,000 from a family member's bank account.
Investigators with City of Tonawanda Police say 63-year-old Irene Rogenmoser some how got her name on the account in question and within minutes of getting approval from the bank she withdrew the money. Detectives say the elderly relative involved does suffer from memory issues.
Investigators tell us a concerned relative tipped them off to the situation.
Rogenmoser is now charged with Grand Larceny.
