A downed tree and other debris, stuck under the Water Street bridge in Fredonia, caused flooding and overnight evacuations.
Crews were out overnight, using heavy machinery to clear everything out of the area.
All roads were back open around 1:00 a.m. Monday.
The water caused problems for people who live in the area and for Sunny's, a popular bar nearby.
The owner said at its worst, there was about a foot of water inside.
"It's not fun, it's not fun to see that, " Paul Sellari said. The owner continued, "with a lot of help from people we know, we had this place cleaned up in a hurry."
Sellari said Sunny's will be open on Thursday.
It's unclear how much damage may have been done to homes surrounding the bridge.
