A Buffalo man has died following an overnight shooting on Wilkes Avenue.
Police said the man, 28, was shot on the 100 block of the street on the city's East Side around 12:45 a.m. Tuesday.
Police announced the initial details of the incident around 4:30 a.m. But just before 6:30 p.m., they said the shooting victim had been declared deceased at Erie County Medical Center.
