North Tonawanda Police want to alert you about counterfeit money that is being passed around across the area.
Police say $20 or $100 bills that are marked "FOR MOTION PICTURE USE ONLY" are making their way across New York, most notably in Monroe County. Fake currency with the same markings has been spotted in Western New York before.
If you see these bills, you are asked to call 911.
