Police are looking for a missing 77-year-old man in Buffalo Friday morning. The Buffalo Police Department put out an alert on social media to help locate Rafael Vizcarrodo-Ocasio just after 11 p.m. Thursday.
Vizcarrodo-Ocasio is described as six feet tall and 220 pounds. He was last seen driving a blue Smart car. Police say he spends time at West Seneca shopping centers and around Seneca Street.
Police ask anyone who sees Vizcarrodo-Ocasio or knows where he is to call 911.
