Twenty minutes later, police say he robbed and assaulted a 77-year-old man on Catherine Street.

Dublino turned himself in at Amherst Police Headquarters at 9 p.m.

He is due back in Amherst Town Court on June 10th for assault and burglary charges. He is then due in Williamsville Court on June 13th for the attempted murder charges.
