A man going 91 mph down Transit Road was driving drunk, reports the Erie County Sheriff’s Office.
Early Thanksgiving morning around 12:15 a.m., deputies stopped John Kenneally on Transit Road in Clarence for driving 91 mph in a 45 mph zone. Officers say the 60-year-old Buffalo man was intoxicated and refused to take a breath test.
Kenneally was arrested and charged with DWI and speeding. He is due back in court next month.
