A Buffalo father is facing charges after he was caught teaching his teenage son to steal, according to State Police Investigators.
New York State Troopers were called to the Breezy Point Camp Ground in Scio, NY. The owner of the campground told the officers that she saw 2 men breaking into vacant campers.
Troopers were able to locate the pair, William Smith, 36 of Buffalo and his 15-year-old son.
Investigators say Smith had taken his son for a walk around the campground and began breaking into vacant campers.
Troopers arrested Smith for trespass, fourth degree criminal mischief, and endangering the welfare of a child.
