An Olean man has been indicted by a grand jury after being accused of killing his wife.
Edward Smith, 50, was indicted on several counts by a grand jury on Thursday for stabbing his wife, Kathy, back in May, according to the Cattaraugus County District Attorney's Office.
Smith was charged with two counts of Murder in the Second Degree, Manslaughter in the First Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree.
Smith is scheduled to be arraigned in Cattaraugus County Court on Monday June 12 at 9:30 a.m.
