Testing at Olcott Beach has prompted the Niagara County Department of Health to close Olcott Beach until further notice.
The water is considered to be unsuitable for swimming due to bacteria that is effecting the water quality.
The Niagara County DOH will continue to monitor the water quality and reopen the beach for swimming when the conditions are back to a safe level.
