Two prosecutors and an investigator from the Niagara County District Attorney office will probe the death of DeJuan Hunt.
Hunt died in August, 2016 while in the Niagara County jail. He was accused of sexually abusing women on the Niagara County Community College Campus earlier that month.
According to the DA, Hunt was being confined, and wearing a medical vest because of episodes of self harm. At some point, Hunt removed the vest and became combative.
While the full Erie County Medical Examiners report hasn't been released, the DA's office says they been "made aware" of it's findings.
