Two men charged in a deadly shooting at the Anchor Bar are due in court today for hearings.
Gregory Ramos and Jorge Suarez are both charged with second degree murder in the death of an Anchor Bar worker. Freddie Dizon, 32, was shot in the kitchen at Anchor Bar in May of 2016. He later died at Erie County Medical Center.
Ramos and Suarez were re-arraigned in February.
Prosecutors want the pair tried together, after the original case against Ramos was dismissed due to insufficient evidence. Suarez is accused of shooting Dizon. Ramos is accused of driving the getaway car.
