A crash landed one car on its side in the City on Tonawanda Sunday morning.
Police say Joseph Ditch, 28, did not stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Seymour Street near the Tonawanda Post Office which caused him to be hit.
According to officials, Ditch's car ended up on its side and a third car was also damaged.
Ditch and a second person were taken to DeGraff Memorial Hospital for evaluation, according to officials.
Police say Ditch was given two summons for the crash.
