Niagara County Sheriff Deputies responded to a 911 call on Friday for a domestic incident involving two children.
Deputies say Jeremy Doran, 37, showed up drunk at his estranged wife's home at 25 Main Street in Middleport.
The Sheriff's Office says Doran drove away with their two children, ages two and ten, and was later found by deputies at another home.
According to deputies, Doran was arrested for DWI, Leandra's law violation and aggravated unlicensed operation.
Doran was held on $750 bail and will appear in the Town of Royalton Court on Tuesday.
