A Buffalo man is under arrest, accused of stealing a dead woman's Workers' Compensation benefits.
Investigators say 57-year-old Michael Barton stole approximately $10,000 in benefits meant for the woman, who he previously lived with and cared for, but who had died two years earlier.
Barton is charged with Grand Larceny in the Third Degree, a felony, he's due back in court on February 27.
