Why have one giant duck when you can have hundreds of smaller rubber ducks at Canalside

Why have one giant duck sitting at Canalside when you can have hundreds of small rubber ducks race towards a good cause.

The Rotary Club of Buffalo are getting their ducks in a row for their annual duck derby fundraiser. 

The first duck to cross the finish line will win $250. Second and third place winners will win $125 and $75 respectively.  

The race takes place August 26th at 2 p.m. It costs $5 to adopt a duck. 

There will be family fun activities leading up to the event. 

Proceeds will go towards the Rotary Reads Kids Clubs. You can find more information about the race here.
