Your kids may be excited about not having to go to school, but here's a way to keep them occupied so they don't come to you saying, "I'm bored."

The Aurora Sewing Center has two locations, one in East Aurora and a second in Williamsville. Both locations offer sewing machine repair, training and classes for beginners and some just looking for a little technique assistance for their next project!

The Aurora Sewing Center also offers summer camp programs, where kids can learn the basics of sewing, from cutting to stitching. They'll learn lifelong skills to last them their entire lives! In sewing 101, kids will make binder covers, composition book covers and a zippered box so they can make their own school supplies!

Learning how to sew a button or patch a hole is so important for both boys and girls, giving them the skills to make basic repairs to save them money in the long run!

You can learn more about these classes and how to register by checking their camp listings and their website!
