A suspected drunk driver gets arrested after laying on his horn, and speeding through the City of Tonawanda.
Police picked up 50 year old Mark Crimi early Saturday morning along Delaware Street.
He's charged with DWI, speeding and improper use of a vehicle horn.
When police asked why he was sounding his horn, Crimi replied, "I'm mad at work stuff".
Police say he blew a .16 BAC.
