A 19-year-old Buffalo man arrived at Erie County Medical Center in a private car just before midnight with a gunshot wound.
Police responded to ECMC and began an investigation.
According to detectives, the incident happened in the 100 block of East End Avenue.
The gunshot victim is in critical condition.
