A former police officer for the city of Jamestown will serve a year in prison for making threats online to kill other law enforcers.
Prosecutors say Michael Bush, 45, posted threats on Topix.com, threatening to kill law enforcement officers in the Jamestown area.
The threats were posted on January 2, 2015 and February 26 of this year.
As part of his sentence, Bush must also serve three years of supervised release.
