The plan to build a Deep South Taco in North Buffalo will now go ahead after the Buffalo Common Council approved the plan.
Richard Hamilton's proposal for the new restaurant will be located at the corner of Hertel and Starin.
The proposal, however, comes with some restrictions.
The restaurant can only stay open until 11 p.m. on weekdays and midnight on weekends. Also, a permit for a restaurant patio at the location is only good for one year. After it expires, Hamilton must reapply for another one.
