A Clarence mother is under arrest after Erie County Sheriff's Deputies say she was driving while impaired by drugs, and had her 10-year-old in the car.

Sheriff's deputies arrested 42-year-old Rebecca Goodman for Leandra's Law after a traffic stop.  Police say they stopped her on Salt Road in Clarence at 2:30 p.m. Friday, July 21st for a number of vehicle and traffic violations.  A drug recognition expert was called to the stop, and determined she was impaired by drugs while driving.

Goodman was arrested and charged with a felony count of aggravated DWI.  She was released on appearance tickets for Clarence Town Court.  The 10-year-old boy was turned over to his father.
