A Chautauqua County man is arrested for rape of an underage person.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff's office says David Coia was arraigned in County Court after an investigation found he engaged in sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 15 years-old.
Investigators said the alleged activity occurred from October of 2008 to October 2009 in the Town of Hanover.
Coia's bail was set at $250,000 cash. He's being held at the Chautauqua County Jail.
