Invest Buffalo Niagara is taking advantage of Buffalo’s economic momentum.

The nonprofit recently sent out the Welcome to Buffalo Niagara Relocation Guide throughout the country. The 90-page recruitment tool is looking to attract new businesses and their employees.

“There’s a lot to do downtown and it’s expanding," said Buffalo native Julia Dudziak. "I’m always down here trying new things to eat, new things to do, come down to Canalside, my daughter loves it.”

It showcases the eight counties of Western New York, covering information on real estate to culture, health care to seasonal attractions, and education to local jargon.

“We forget we’re here in Buffalo, as a person that’s been in Buffalo for so many years. It’s just awesome to see,” said Peacock.

It’s easy to see why Travel and Leisure says Buffalo is the number one favorite city in America.

“I think that’s awesome, especially since I’m here living in Buffalo, so that when I travel other places I can say, ‘You know I’m from Buffalo, it’s number one now!’" said Dudziak.
