This month’s Women in Leadership honoree is Rosanna Berardi.
She is the managing partner in Berardi Immigration Law.
Berardi Immigration Law is a business immigration law firm that helps individuals and corporations obtain work permits, green cards and citizenship.
After spending five years working with the former INS and six years at a large law firm in Buffalo, she decided to start her own firm.
Rosanna started her firm alone out of an apartment in Williamsville and 12 years later they have offices in Buffalo, Toronto, Newport Beach, California and London, England.
