Buffalo Public Schools shares tips to prevent technical issues for learning remotely

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo Public Schools announced it has made some changes in response to technical issues students and parents faced on Tuesday.

The district says students should begin the day by powering off their student computer completely and powering it up again.

Buffalo Public Schools says you can power the computer off by holding down the power button for approximately 15 seconds.
