Here's what you should know before making your trip to the Boulevard Mall

AMHERST, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Boulevard Mall in Amherst will be reopening on Friday for the first time since the pandemic started.

To comply with state mandates, here are the new policies in place to keep businesses and customers safe

  • Must wear a mask at all times and abide by proper social distancing
  • No more than five people allowed in one group at a time
  • Automatic sanitizer at each entrance
  • Bathrooms cleaned every 30 minutes
  • New HVAC filters installed

The mall will be open Monday-Saturday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Sundays from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Businesses within the mall will reopen in stages as each store abides by different opening procedures.

You are advised to call the store before leaving for the mall to ensure they are open.
