BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — It's windy, snowy and chilly in WNY this February, but it's 75 and humid in the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens! If you need a little getaway to manage the pressure, they've got a lot to offer you.

"It's a great place to bring the kids, great place to bring the family, there's so much to do here," said Erin Grajek, Vice President, Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens.

With February break coming up for students, they're open during the day seven days a week and for Gardens After Dark at night, every day next week.

"The Botanical Gardens is lit up in some beautiful colors," said Grajek.

You'll see a lot of pink and red this week for "LOVE" week. They encourage you to bring your valentine, loved one or even sponsor a front-line worker at the gardens.

"Go on a tropical adventure during the day or after dark, jump on an exclusive experience to feed their fish, participate in a virtual workshop or even renew your vows or get married," said Grajek.

On Thursday, February 11, National Grid is sponsoring a BOGO day with an Enchanted Winter Escape from 5:30pm through 9:00pm. Buy one admission ticket and get one of equal or lesser value free and use coupon code: BOGO at checkout.
