In under two months, the Buffalo Bills will get to work at St. John Fisher College for training camp and the 2016 season. And this year, with how the team ended things in 2015, is extremely important to not waste the talent that exists on the roster.

So, as offseason workouts continue at One Bills Drive, WKBW will preview the roster — and more specifically, the top talent that exists on the roster that can help the Bills to putting an end to the playoff drought. You’ll be introduced to the Bills’ ‘Top 20 Talents.’

It's a bit of a different 'most talented' list, because it also takes other factors into consideration. The countdown criteria:

- Overall skill level
- On-the-field performance
- Projection based on film study over the past several years
- Age, and improving/declining ability

With that written, on to the countdown:

No. 4 - OT Cordy Glenn

Age: 26 (9/18/89)

Height: 6'6”

Weight: 345

Last year’s rank: 12

Why he’s here

- Through the first two seasons of Cordy Glenn's NFL career, the future looked extremely bright. Then, Glenn went through an ominously-called "illness" ahead of the 2014 season, came back in the middle of training camp, and played below his normal playing level during the season. Little did we know at the time, that Glenn actually had a kidney removed shortly before the season and still played with it. Once fully healed and given an offseason to recuperate, Glenn came back in 2015 and had the best season of his career, easily being one of the top players on the team throughout the season. His combination of size, length, and foot quickness keep him in control most of the time, and keeps the pocket clean for the Bills quarterback. Still only 26 (turning 27 in September), Glenn has many years left to play at a high level.

2016 outlook

- Continuity hasn't been the strong suit of the Bills offensive line over the years, but now Glenn will have the same left guard lining up next to him, and a really good one at that in Richie Incognito. The team will likely depend on the ground game as they did for the 2015 season, and using Glenn to help pave the way will be one of the strengths of their attack. He's healthy, fully paid, and it doesn't appear anything is standing in the way of him having another dominant season.
