It's Patriots week, which means exactly what you think it does: Buffalo Bills head coach Rex Ryan is in all his glory. Often bringing up the Patriots, sometimes without even being solicited to do so, Ryan fulfilled all the expectations of the first press conference of the week.
Without even being asked a question, Rex stepped up to the podium and delivered a mumbled injury report, much in the same way that New England head coach Bill Belichick often does with reporters that cover the Patriots.
