Lockport police have confirmed that 34-year-old Caleb Bell Jr. was arrested yesterday in connection to a house fire last night on East High Street in the same home where his mother died after the house caught fire last month.
Bell Jr. is scheduled to be arraigned on November 9th.
There is still no cause of death for Holly Seiler.
