The Queen City Roller Girls are getting ready to take on a new venue and take a few hard hits.
Members of Western New York's women's roller derby league will celebrate their home opener at Riverworks on Friday, January 20th.
The league started in 2006 and has grown to four teams and dozens of members. Some members of the QCRG play for national traveling teams. Women come from all over the region, including across the Canadian border to compete.
