New York State Police believe a medical event may have precluded a deadly crash in the Town of Bergen.
Police say 57-year-old Charles Grower, of Scottsville, N.Y., was driving eastbound on Hwy 262 when his car veered off the road and hit a utility pole.
It happened Sunday just before 4:30 p.m.
Grower was pronounced dead at the scene.
