Police investigating University Plaza shooting

On Sunday morning at approximately 2:35am, Amherst Police responded to a call for a shooting at 3500 Main Street.

When the officers arrived to the University Plaza Parking lot, they found a 17-year-old Buffalo resident who had been shot in the leg.

The injuries are believed to be non-life threatening and no charges have been filed at this time.
