A police chase ended in a crash and a vehicle turned on its side in South Buffalo Tuesday afternoon.

A West Seneca Police pursuit lead to the crash. The chase began at an M&T Bank where three people were trying to pass fraudulent checks.

Three suspects, one man and two women, are in custody. Police say they found cash, disguises and drugs in the Jeep.

The West Seneca Police department believes all three suspects live outside of New York. They say they are a part of a large scale operation that uses fraudulent checks to steal money from banks.

The West Seneca Police say they the three people arrested will be charged with multiple felonies and traffic violations.

An additional person was hurt, but none have serious injuries. All four people were taken to Erie County Medical Center.
