A woman now admits she was driving drunk when she hit and killed a motorcyclist in Hamburg last year.
Christopher Barton, 47, was sitting on his motorcycle at a red light at Route 5 and Amsdell Road in Hamburg around 1:15 p.m. on October 15 when he was rear ended by Jennifer Sage.
The 36-year-old never applied her brakes and hit Barton at a high rate of speed, killing him. She had a BAC of .26 percent, which is more than three times the legal limit.
Sage pleaded guilty Friday to first degree vehicular manslaughter. She faces five to 15 years in jail when she is sentenced next month.
