Police: Man shot neighbor's dog and hid the body

A Humphrey man has been charged with two counts of aggravated cruelty to animals and evidence tampering after he allegedly shot and killed his neighbor's dog and injured a second dog.

New York State Police investigators say Theodore J. Robinson Jr., 48, of Humphrey N.Y., shot his neighbor's dog on January 25th. Robinson also allegedly shot and injured a second dog

Investigators say Robinson dragged the dead dog's body into the woods in an effort to hide the crime. 

Robinson was arraigned Ellicottville Court and will be released to reappear in the town of Humphrey.
