Police in Lancaster are asking for your help finding a stolen dog.
Snickers, a white Papillion with brown and black markings, was last seen Monday on Westwood Driver. Neighbors say they saw a person in a dark SUV stop and pick up the dog after it wandered across the street, but the dog has not been returned.
