Buffalo Police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened just after the new year Sunday morning.
Police responded to a call on the first block of Byrd Way around 1 a.m. where detectives say a 22-year-old man was shot multiple times during an argument with another person.
Officers say the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
