Ask any real estate agent and they will tell you Buffalo’s housing market is soaring right now.

A Western New York non-profit organization is making sure people with median to low income don’t miss out on housing opportunities.

The West Side Neighborhood Housing Services in Buffalo is offering a homebuyers loan to Erie County residents.

Eligible homebuyers will receive $10,500 towards their new home. The loan is zero interest and homebuyers don’t have to pay it back until they sell the home.

West Side is one of a hand full of organizations across the country to receive money for this program from Project Reinvest.

To qualify, you must earn at or below the amount on this chart based on family size.
