Two students are facing battery charges after police say they attacked a fellow middle schooler, and the entire thing was recorded on a cell phone.
The video appears to show an eighth grade girl being beaten by two other children in Palm Springs, Florida. The girl who was being attacked told her mother, and her mother called 911.
Police say the person who recorded the video should have called.
"We ask people rather than stop and video what they see, callus, call a parent call the police department," explained a police officer.
The girl who was attacked is still recovering and her mom says she doesn't want to go back to school. Police say a third person could still be charged.
