BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police and fire crews have blocked off the Michigan Avenue near the General Mills plant, as they clean off an overturned semi-truck.
This happened around 3:30, Tuesday morning.
It's not exactly clear how this happened.
