Police say they found Jeremiah Haas and Torry Kenny in a home on Leming Street belonging to Lydia Franklin.

While officers were on scene, they found Methamphetamine and materials for the manufacture of methamphetamine.

A 10 year old girl and an 8 year old boy were in the home at the time.

All three adults were arrested and charged with: criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, and endangering the welfare of a child.

The Dunkirk Police Department was assisted by the Dunkirk Fire, STRDTF and HAZMAT.

More charges are pending and crews were on location Tuesday morning for cleanup of toxic materials and evidence gathering.
