A West Seneca man is facing charges after investigators say he fired a deer slug into a home in Holland.
Lukas Cetkovic, 23, is charged with reckless endangerment and reckless endangerment of property, both misdemeanors.
According to the Erie County Sheriff's Office, Cetkovic fired multiple shots from his gun around 11 a.m. Sunday. One of the slugs entered a home on South Main Street. A resident was sitting in the kitchen, where the round entered, but was not hurt.
The Department of Environmental Conservation is assisting in the investigation and may add additional charges.
