A woman in Hartland made a 911 call when a hunter across the street from her home shot the window of the bedroom she was in at the time.
According to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, the woman says the hunter fired four or five shots and one broke her window.
Investigators found John Duxbury, 48, who is charged with reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and discharging a weapon over a public highway.
Deputies say there were no injuries.
Duxbury was released with an appearance ticket.
